Our company prepared numerous energy studies in line with the tender conditions during the preparation of several implemented energy projects, and in several cases we are currently participating in the monitoring of these implemented projects.

Comfort Consulting Ltd. can undertake the preparation of energy examinations and calculations for energy rationalization projects (e.g. KEHOP, VEKOP, GINOP, TOP, etc.). It includes the examination of the building envelope and the HVAC system, analyzing the energy consumption of past years, elaboration of the technical content of the development, determination of the investment cost, calculation of the potential energy and operational cost savings and analyzing the financial and environmental sustainability of the project.

The energy examination to be carried out is in line with the energy tender conditions and is made in cooperation with the client and the designers.

If required, we can prepare the energy feasibility study in advance regardless of a specific tender. This can be an advantage to our client, because if the energy tender appears, the energy study can be prepared with a shorter deadline by using the data already available in the feasibility study.

The maintenance report for energy tenders must be prepared annually. If intervention is needed to achieve the energy savings planned in the application, the analysis of the annual data alone does not provide an adequate guarantee. Increased attention must be paid to the operation of the implemented energy systems during the project maintenance period in order to achieve the energy savings undertaken in the tender. It can be possible to propose any necessary measures in time by monitoring the operation of the systems and the savings quarterly.

Following the implementation of the project, we undertake the preparation of quarterly monitoring reports and the compilation of the data services required for the annual project maintenance reports. We compile our proposals on the operation in order to achieve the planned energy savings and to meet the indicators of the tender.
